Affiliate agreement

This Affiliate Agreement governs your participation in the Bastion LP affiliate program. By accepting it, you agree to these terms. Bastion LP may update it with notice; material changes require you to accept again before further commission is eligible.

1. Independent relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes on any commission you earn.

2. Commission

You earn the commission rate shown on your dashboard on the membership fee paid by each member you refer, recurring for as long as that member stays active and in good standing. Commission is calculated on the net amount actually collected by Bastion LP.

3. Holding period

Commission on a referred membership becomes eligible for payment only after the holding period shown on your dashboard has passed since that membership converted. This protects against refunds, chargebacks, and early cancellations. A membership that cancels or refunds during the holding period earns no commission.

4. Payment

Eligible commission is paid on the schedule Bastion LP sets, provided you have accepted this agreement and provided valid payment details. Bastion LP may set a minimum payout threshold and may withhold or reverse commission tied to fraud, abuse, or reversed payments.

5. How you may promote

You may share your referral link honestly. You may not use spam, misleading claims, false scarcity, or any statement that Bastion LP gives investment advice or guarantees outcomes. You must disclose your affiliate relationship as required by applicable advertising and consumer protection rules. You may not bid on Bastion trademarks in paid search or impersonate Bastion LP.

6. No self-dealing

You may not refer yourself, your own accounts, or accounts you control, and you may not generate clicks or signups by artificial means. Doing so forfeits the related commission.

7. Independence of Bastion LP

Bastion LP is an independent due diligence tool and is not investment, legal, or tax advice. You may not represent otherwise. You take no fee from the sponsor side, and neither does Bastion LP.

8. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. Commission already eligible and earned is paid; commission not yet eligible is forfeited on termination for cause, including violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

10. Acceptance

By checking the box and entering your initials, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Affiliate Agreement.
